- Orders can be cancelled within 2 days (48 hours) of placing the order.
- Cancellation requests may not be accepted if the order has already been processed, packed, or shipped.

2. Returns & Damaged Products
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must notify our Customer Service Team within 2 days of delivery.
- The product will be reviewed and verified before approving any return or refund.
- Please ensure the item is unused and returned in its original packaging with all tags intact.
3. Incorrect or Unsatisfactory Products
- If the product you receive is different from what was shown on the website or does not meet your expectations, please contact us within 2 days of receiving the order.
- Our team will review your request and determine the appropriate resolution (replacement or refund).
4. Warranty Claims
- For products that come with a manufacturer’s warranty, customers are advised to contact the manufacturer directly for assistance.
- LABEL ANURADHA NAIR will not be responsible for warranty-related claims handled by third-party manufacturers.
5. Refund Process
- Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 9–15 business days.
- Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used during the purchase.
6. Important Notes
- Requests made after the specified timeframes may not be accepted.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect product.
